Hey Gang--


I cut my teeth on the CNCShark Pro and have nothing bad to say it is one of the simple to use CNCs out there. it just works even when it says no.


I however upgraded the company to a NorthWoods NESTECH with a Siemens Sinumerik Controller 840D

i know that Vcarve pro has the siemens 840 MM pp and i was able to get it to
SAE, and to output to a differnt file name *.mpf along with the line numbering to change.


the problem i am having is that when the CNC loads up the file it will load up nice,
The deploying is not playing nice.

it will throw a L100 error along with another one and then error out.

does any one have a clue on how to make the things play nice?

I would be willing to toss in a bounty if the forums let me...

the error i am getting from the controller head is

Channel 1 block
Error 14011
N30 Program
L100 Does not Exist
Does not Release or Edit
