Re: Post for Jig Clearance
If you're looking to clear a jig you can use the Keep Out Zones tool on the Toolpaths tab and/or modify the Z1 and Home clearances in the Material Setup on the same tab.

Re: Post for Jig Clearance
What I would like to add in the post? is when I have a jig on my spoil board. To compensate for the jig thickness? So I would have my original post. and at different posts for when I have a jig on my spoil board.

Re: Post for Jig Clearance
What is the jig affecting? Top of the Z travel? Clearance?
I'm not understanding why you need a separate post processor. I use jigs all the time which are all very different from each other but I always use the same post processor.
