changing cut progression

How do I go about changing the order of cut from along the y too along the x . Thanks for any ideas Don

What type of toolpath is? I was assuming that it was 3D as you posted in the Design and Make section of the forum but it's hard to tell from the picture. Which software do you have and which version?

I'm sorry for the delay getting back. It is a pocketing tool path, i didn't realize i put it in the design and make section. I box selected the group to get what i posted. and my work around was to do each row separately. I was wondering if there was an easier way than that. thanks again for this forum and the people who help others out . I will pay closer attention next time i post . Don

The pocket toolpath doesn't have the same amount of ordering options as the profile toolpath. Basically you're limited to vector selection order. To see that you need to check the "Show advanced toolpath options" and then check "Use Vector Selection Order". That will make the toolpath progress based on the order in which the vectors that make up the toolpath were selected.
