CNCEST6040 E1500W machine question

Hi guys.
Has any of you got this machine? I've just got and trying to make it work with Mach3 and despite I input all the parameters given by the seller both into the VFD and in Mach3 I cannot make the spindle run automatically when I run a gcode file.

For some unknown reason to me I have to switch on the spindle manually.
I have double checked everything with no avail. Honestly this is driving me nuts and the seller is not being very helpful with his instructions, something that seems common to chinese machines.

Has anyone had this problem as well, if so how did you solve it?
Any other hint will be appreciated.
The VFD controller is PRT E1500W. with parallel port.
