Hoping some Linux guru can help me here.
My hard drive crashed on my laptop so after installing the new one I thought I'd dispense with Windows and go with Linux.
I have installed Linux Mint, Installed Wine, Installed Vcarve Pro 8.517.
VCarve seems to run fine except for one thing. When I drag and drop 3d clip art into the workspace it doesn't show up. The modeling tab says its there. I can edit the model but it doesn't show in the 2d or 3d view. The strange part is that I can load a file that was created under my old windows system and it works and appears just fine.
Any idea why it doesn't work with Linux created files?
Thanks in advance....

Re: VCarve Pro on Linux
Surprised it works that much to be honest...
Re: VCarve Pro on Linux
Actually it works perfectly if I load a previously created file. Just doesn't work right with a Linux environment file. Thats what weird....

Just an update in case anyone is interested. 10.512 is running perfectly on Linux 20 under wine...
