Help- X axis elongated in Pro. new user

Hi all. Brand new cnc user. I purchased the FoxAlien XE-4040 with the extended X-axis so it is actually an PROXE-8040. This option wasn't in the machine set-up options (not sure if any of that is relevant). I am having trouble with my x-axis being elongated for all router work: v-carve, quick engrave, etc. Y-axis appears to be rendering correctly. Any guidance would be appreciated.
