I just purchased a V90 by probitix to cut lithophanes on with photovcarve..
Does anyone have the correct feed and speed rates to cut them??? I keep loosing Z height when I cut them... I slowed X and Y and Z down... But having trouble with Z...
X and Y seem to be fine..

I have read about a similar problem to this on another forum, where the Z was loosing or gaining height and the fix was to run the stepper drives in at least 1/8 micro stepping.
Try that.
Try that.

What control software are you using? Are you only losing steps when cutting lithophanes or does it happen with other machining as well.
