Alarm 2 using Bobs Evo 5

Keep getting an Alarm 2 when trying to run v-carve pro project on Bobs Evo. Have gone over and over (and over) all my numbers and everything seems to be within specs. Job and machine both set to mm. Have reset grbl numbers. This is getting OLD!!!

Did you build your machine? What controller and software do you use to send GCode to the machine?
