Searchng Help

Post by jcorbin121 »

Are the help documents searchable? Im new to VCarve Pro but not used to web based help that has no obvious search feature.

As with most Windows programs your browser should respond to pressing Ctrl plus the F key (Cmd plus F on macOS).

A link you might want to bookmark is this link. If you scroll down a bit to all the images each icon on those image is click-able. So if you want to find information about the 3D Finishing toolpath just click on that icon in the Toolpath Tab image.

Just to add that to get the most out of searching you should click the single page link at the top of the help.

There are also multiple places in the software where you can see a question (?) mark in the top right corner of a form/dialog. Clicking that will take you to the most appropriate help page for what you're doing.

9 times out of 10 I start at the interactive page as described in the previous reply.
