AHA! Calculating Toolpath does the trick!! :D :D :D

The gadget could also include border size too for those who clamp down their material!!!

You found it. I was about to post that it's the toolpath that does it not the vectors. I can't remember which version that came in it but I'd like to say 10.

Yes I did Adrian, Thank You!

I have found another option if the user was desperate that is making use of the Fluter Gadget. This gadget can create the vectors for you then all you need to do is add a Profile Toolpath to the vectors. It is not perfect but like I said in desperation a user could make use of the gadget. It just takes a little calculating, rotating, time, etc... to get the job accomplished!

Here is an example of 4" squares with a 1" border on a 96" wide by 48" by .5" thick sheet
