Permanently pin "Toolpaths"?
Is there a way to permanently pin the "Toolpaths" menu on the right hand side?

You will need to make sure that "Save Tab Layout" in Options (on the Edit menu) is set to Yes for the pinned state to persist.

Setting the Options to save layouts is necessary, but not sufficient, to save the panel setting. Even when pinned, it only stays pinned if reopened with enough screen space. If I reopen on my 4K monitor and the panel was open on save it's open, but if I'm just on my laptop display, it is collapsed. I just tested and confirmed this on my Surface Book 2.

Are you sure? I just resized VCarve to a window size of 500px x 400px with the toolpath tab pinned open. I exited and restarted and both tabs were open. Of course the 2D windows was about half an inch wide so not exactly practical but the tabs stayed open.

Re: Permanently pin "Toolpaths"?
I'm sure. But it only happens IF the external monitor was connected, Aspire closed, then Aspire opened after disconnecting the external monitor. Windows 11 remembers the last used location of applications, but defaults to the available monitor if the others aren't there. If I then reconnect the external monitor the tab is not open upon the next opening of the Aspire file, no matter which monitor it was on when last closed. Because of this sequence, I now just assume I'll have to re-pin the panel when I open the Aspire file. BTW, this works the same in VCarve Pro.
