I am having problems trying to engrave some copper sheet. It's 16 oz material dead soft. I am getting burrs from the bit. Is there a magic way of removing them? I next problem because the copper is soft, any suggest on what to use to polish the surface without leaving scratches? I have tried microfiber cloths but they leave scratches along other clothes i have tried. I assume because the copper is soft.
Any help, directions, thoughts???
thanks
Ed Bradley
