CNC Pen Making On The Rotary Indexer
CNC Pen Making On The Rotary Indexer
As a followup to my previous post about designing patterns that wrap seamlessly, the PDF below gives a step by step description on how I produce carved writing pens on my CNC rotary. The picture shows some of the pens I produced using this procedure. Please feel free to ask questions. I also will post some dxf files of some of the wrapped designs I created for you to use.

Fleming! Thanks! Good to have someone who has worked with this whole concept post that info!
I doubt I will do anymore pens but I filed that PDF for reference in case someone else needs it one day.

Thanks, Fleming. Can you point me to your post on creating the files for these rotary projects?
