In Aspire and VCarve and Cut3D and Cut2D... What made you think it might be otherwise?

I think you probably missed using the correct post processor. After clicking on the save toolpath button in the toolpath menu use the post processor pull-down to select the Workbee or equivalent post processor.

As long as you have a post-processor that supports ATC for your particular CNC machine then as has already been said it can be done
