Latest project I did from a 4” x 16’ Douglas fir beam I had laying around for years. I almost left it in the natural wood, but this wood isn’t the best to carve, it came out a little rougher than I wanted, so I decided to coat it with the Antique Metal Bronze Powder I’ve done on other projects. Size is 12”L x 12”T x 6”W.
I’m considering doing another one out of maple or some other wood with a little tighter grain.

To get the resin, you have to call them. mix ratio is 3 to 1; metal 1 gram to resin 3 gram. You can buy a scale that measure grams on Amazon for about $10.
