I found the "steampunk" fish on Thingiverse https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1915285, and thought "fish bowl"!
I didn't realize that my wife thought it should be a Golden Anniversary bowl -- Needless to say, I didn't get it done in time.
Wood is Lyptus (a genetically engineered tree.) Bits were 1/4" downcut, 1/4" ball nose, 1/8" tapered ball nose, and 0.5mm tapered ball nose for the fine detail. Total run time around 8 hours.
Finish is lacquer over shellac. Then silver acrylic paint with gold acrylic paint brushed on and wiped off to give the fish a worn/weathered look. (Like after 50 years of marriage. )
Dimenstions: 11-3/4"d, 1-3/4" thick.

Very nice bowl and great 'antiquing' on the fish. Very clever.

Looks really good. I've never used "Lyptus" but it sure looks pretty.
