It will probably be filled with Paw Patrol.

His four favorite zoo animals zebra, elephant, giraffe and octopus. The lion on top is due to our last name. Lyons.

Thanks for the nice comments.

The octopus is not from African Safari. It was from previous version clipart. The octopus had a scalloped version, but Safari doesn't come with dished or scalloped. Couldn't make my version of scallop match the octopus so I made the octopus scallop match the other 3.

Aspire is great, but you all know that.

The new models (African Safari included) come with so much more text than the older models. The octopus being older had no texture. Jumped on internet from a photo of octopus skin, Create Component from Bitmap and draped it over the octopus and poof a textured octopus.

Again thanks for the nice comments.

The zebra, elephant, giraffe and octopus were cut separately and added after the painting.

I really like making boxes. Jewlery, toys, etc. and I really, really like the way yours turned out. Nice job on the design too.

John, I'm puzzled on how you put the corners of your box together. There's a neat curve to the front corners, and then you have panels that join into those corners. Complicating it is the pockets you've put into the corners for the animals. Interesting.

I've always wanted to take a standard piece of molding, add some dados for gluing in sides and (like you did) put some details on the curve. Couldn't find just the right molding.

Tex it is complicated and my laptops charger took a hike and I’m dealing with email on a phone. BTW all the photos are on the laptop too.

Once the new charger arrives I will be able to answer all your questions. Please bear with me.

Watching the VUGM 2021 on a small iPad is going to be so much fun too!

As a teaser, it is a standard frame and panel construction. Just complicated with the curved corners on the front styles.

I had to make a fixture which holds the front styles in order to cut the dados for the tenons on the rails.

I also had to make adapters to be able to clamp the rounded styles without marring them. Again I have loads of photos on my laptop.
