Post by ich-fräs-das »

Hi,
my snail crossing sign (130 x 290 mm) made of oak.
- Software Aspire
- clamping by Blue tape and Superglue (no accelerator)
- 3D parts by Design & Make
- 3D milling 3.2 mm ballnose, rest machining by 1 mm ballnose
- V-Carving 90° protected for painting by Oracal 631 and after carving sealed with shellac and painted with acrylic
- Due to lockdown not enough paint available for further painting

Love it. The snail has a little graining on it's cheek that looks like it's blushing with the gnome looking around the edge. Thanks for sharing.
