For my professional conferences they are always revenue generating events for the organizers/hosts and they will always expand the event as the revenue increases because more attendees means more revenue. I didn't realize that there is a cap on this one. I will go ahead and register for safety sake.

From what I understand, we just max out the capacity of the venue. Vectric has to find places that hold the entire capacity at once for the lectures.

Technically hat would make business sense. But I would miss the smaller venue where people who have been just forum names can meet and chat. I don't think that is possible in a large "conference" environment. For that purpose (lectures) I am happy with the virtual meeting. While the smaller events can not accommodate everybody, they will surely attract the core users who commit early.

Make sure to verify your hotel reservation. I had cancelled my 2020 reservation but hadn't remembered to book for 2021 until today.

Just got my updated room confirmation from DoubleTree today. It's getting closer....

Just wondering if we're going to continue WNC_Ed's idea of "unofficial" name tags like we did in Denver?

TIP: If you are a Forum Member, write your Forum Username boldly on your Name Tag. It’s a great way to “connect” with people you may know only by their username!

And knowing that the forum users are some very clever folk. I was wondering if it wouldn't be fun to have an unofficial, just for fun "contest" to make "the coolest" name tag on the CNC to be worn at the User Group Meeting?

Now this will be my first User Group Meeting so maybe I am being bold in suggesting this but it does seem like it would be fun.

Suggested rules:
1) Name badge must be primarily made on the CNC using Aspire.
2) Badge must have your Forum "handle" and your real name - or - the alias you go by.
3) Must be worn at the Meeting

1st Prize - bragging rights on the forum for a year!

I have included a sample idea for inspiration. This one would be worn like a neckless
