This is a Recycling project of a firewood vase and a glass flask of a vanilla pod. A customer wanted a vase of tree bark for his girlfriend. He likes it rustic but I hope he takes another flower.
The biggest challenge was the long drill into the crosscut wood.
Birch wood size 125 x 175 x 43 mm, blue adhesive tape to hold on to, engraving milled through foil and varnished.
The heart was aligned by reducing the size of the pocket and then milled to size.
