I did that project a couple of years ago so it's difficult to remember. The wood thicknesses were calculated before they were glued together and It took a couple of tries to get it right. In the board setting on the edit menu of the Designer you can set a skin and a core thickness of the different woods to get an idea of the thicknesses of the layers.
