Pizza Board
Hi All, A little more of my handy work
A Jarrah Pizza board this one was the prototype, next time i would make the base a little thicker - I also intend to start engraving the base of the the board as well with a cheeky message of some description so as when the slices are removed the message is revealed

I have 2 lumber yards near me. I am in Seattle and I do not see

That is to far for a walk to the lumber yard. I would get all wet

Re: Pizza Board
Very Cool. I like that especially the aspect of the message on the bottom of the board. I could think of a ton of messages that would be revealed as each piece is removed. especially the last piece.
thanks for sharing that. And yes beautiful wood. Actually would compliment the pizza.

Re: Pizza Board
Very nice project, have seen them with a base board & individual slice boards on top but no handle, have seen just the individual slice board with round shaped handles like yours, & other shaped handles but haven't seen a combination of the base board & the individual slice board with handles together, nicely done

Re: Pizza Board
Thanks guys, if I ever manage to sell one with the engraving on the base ill post it up.
I was a little disappointed with this one as the base was too thin and bowed a little, not bad enough to be wrecked but not perfect either.
Some might actually call the bow a feature as now if placed on a flat surpface it can spin like a lazy susan
