Black Powder Plaque
Wood - Alder
Finish - 4- coats of an oil base finish that I make to bring the color of the wood out and 2- coat of Lacquer/Varnish finish

Great detail. What are the details of the final 3D finishing tool path? Type of bit? Offset?

I used a .50 BN for Roughing Tool with .26 offset & .0625 Material offset
.25 BN for the first Finish tool with .126 offset
.0625 BN for the Rest Machining Finish Tool with a .032 offset
.25 BN for the first Finish tool with .126 offset
.0625 BN for the Rest Machining Finish Tool with a .032 offset
