Fine Art...sort of! 2 pieces

Post by vicartbytes »

Hello all! Been a while as my CNC machine has been down due to spindle repair...over $4,000. But since I've been back up & running I've got to carve out a couple pieces I've modeled in Aspire. Carved out of 15lb. HDU and treated with a primer then painted with Sculpt Nouveuo paints to add a metalic effect. I still have to clear coat it with a satin clear made by SN and I'm going to build a custom black walnut frame to go around the piece. I'm going to look for an art gallery on the higher-end to see if I can find a market for these. Anyone have any idea on where I should start on pricing? I know that question can be answered anywhere across the board!

Thanks!

Vic
PS - They are 4ft tall and around 1-1/2" thick
