Laminatation

I laminated red oak and poplar wood layers.
I then cut it into a walking stick, stained it and gave it a satin polyurethane finish.
I like the contrasting wood colors and grains.

That is very nice! How long did it take? I am working on a cane but can't get the time down under 7 hours.

It is tapered and it took 3.5 hours to cut out.
