Michael’s Steampunk Sleigh - my variant

Post by mickecarlsson »

The milling was the easy part, painting took a couple of days. I also used furniture nails instead of the holes, believe it or not, there are more than 200 holes that I put a nail in :D
I did use hammer paint for the lower part, it produced a nice texture.
Thank you Michael for this project.

Very nice and I like the way it has that aged steampunk look with the colors. Thank you for sharing.

Love the sled and especially the nails :)

Now you need to figure out how to make the CNC put the nails in

Mikael,

I love this variation with the round-head nails! Really adds nice extra character and texture to the overall piece. Great idea and thanks for sharing the pics!
