Getting the nesting video to run

This is a technical question and I don't know were it should be addressed.

I was sent the zip file for the nesting video and I was told I had to run the ensharperencode..... but even after I run that I get audio but no video. I have a project that I have nested sheets and I want to review the viedo.

I would appreciate some suggestions on how to get the video to be seen.
