Its me again, I have tryed Tim way. And I think the results shows that I need a really good router bit for V-carving.

Here are examples. In first pic I have not changed any cutting parameters (they were set to cut with 8mm / 60 degree bit). And second try was with parameters matching router bit.

Take a look:
samples (Large).jpg
sample2 (Large).jpg
The spindle speed were set to "5" It means that nearly 28k rpm (I think so) and cnc speed was set to 360 mm per min.

Its shame that I can't get right router bit in Lithuania :? . Maybe You guys can give me a direct link where I can buy such bit in Europe (with mm not inch :) ) I know the list with manufacturers in Vectric site, but I cant find that kind bit :? .

Thank you for help.

the bit shown as 12mm (1/2") is actually 60 degrees not 45

try changing the parameter with that

Looks to me like he's got a bit of burning going on there too, might want to either slow the router down a little, and/or increase the feed rate. I run about 800-1000mm/min with my router all the way down (18k rpm I think) using a 1/2" 90 degree two flute bit. For most bits, you'll want to have 'chips' flying, not 'dust'. This will help the lifespan of the blade too.
