VersaLaser VLS3.50

Post by Gippetto »

Hello,

One of my friends does have a VersaLaser VLS3.50, bot we are wondering if anyone of you
have experience to combine the nice feature of Aspire towards the laser capabilities.
As far i understood the Laser is working with printerdrivers, does anyone of you know how to
get 3dmodels from Aspire lasert with this machine..??

(see also http://www.versalaser.ca/)

Thanks,
Ruud

hi

gipetto. actually for router aspire computing point to point a z elevation, these values might need to be converted to the laser as intensity.... of course in higher resolution....
but gipetto your friend should ask the vectric crew.... support@vectric.com...
if he wants to use to cut, then might be a standard gcode is works...

You need to export the grayscale image from Aspire then laser using the laser print driver. Here's a quick test I did using Aspire V2 & Corel X3.
