Vectric Customer

I upgraded yesterday, but I'm not quite sure how to find or download the included clip art.

Could someone point me in the right direction?

can this take a few days from Vectric ?

Downloaded the software update and all of the associated library files for Aspire 8 without a hitch, simply let the files install into the default directory. Beware, some of the clip-art library's are fairly large and may take several minutes to download depending on the speed of your connection and how busy the Vectric server is.

i bought the software update yesterday. it went without a hitch. But i have not heard from Vectric in reference to registering on the portal and the download of the clip art. Is it too soon to be worried?

Also another question. I compressed the setup file and added it to a thumb drive and transferred it to my lap top. It appears to be fine that way, but does compressing have its drawbacks.

I downloaded the upgrade V8 on Wed and installed without a hitch but still waiting for the quoted e-mail.
How long should it take ?

I believe you should have already received the email. Two things for you to check...

1) Is the email in your Spam Folder?

2) Are you certain you are using the exact same email address as when you initially registered your first Vectric product? (that's the email address they send the correspondence to)

in less than 24 hours after downloading aspire 8 i received the link to the portal with my clipart, thanks.

Your one of the lucky one's! Both original email for V8 and the Portal never made it for me. The second on for V8 came through. Still waiting and hoping the third works for the Portal. Going all electronic sounded great in theory, not so good in real life!

Never sent to spam and Yes still using same e-mail address as original.

I had the same problem as a few of you fellows, upgraded my Aspire on 2/27/15 got the email information to download program but I never got the email for the portal for the 3D Clipart. I waited until 3/6/15 and I sent Vectric an email about the portal email I never got, and within a couple of hours I received 2 emails from Vectric to log into the Portal to download the clipart. They must be very busy right now with all the upgrade requests, and I really appreciated their quick response.

Drop them and email like I did.
