Rotary Work

Post by mezalick »

Okay Rotary Fanatics.
Here’s a little something I’ve been playing around with.
Designed in Aspire with the wrapping option and cut 100% on my rotary...

Micheal - you DEFINITELY got my interest piqued on this one.

Message I get is ---- How can you use your creative imagination and the tools at hand to go beyond the norm.

LOVE it

That is very nice. Do you drive the rotation from both ends? Have you ever broken the piece when it gets this open?

Paul,
The motor for my rotary is only on one end....
This was my first attempt at this type of design.
I have broken other very open designs simply because I did not calculate the thickness correctly.
The thinking / designing process is slightly different than the norm.

Leo, you are correct,,what can you do with the tools you have.....
