Re: Pillowed Background

Wolfie, Tony,
For me, it's easier to make a 3-D model in Aspire than it is to find the time to cut the model out.
I get so much enjoyment just playing around with this program, even thought I use several other ones, I doubt I'll ever get to cut them all.
How long did it take ?? I don't know,,,sometimes hours feel like minutes.....
It is very addictive... luckily I get up early and do this mostly on my personal time.
Thanks for the comments.

I think we all have far more models than time to cut them :D
Mine are no way near the quality of yours "9I don't have an artistic bone ib my body) but I still enjoy making them.
I have a circulation and joint problem so I can only stand for a very short time before I have to rest for a while.
I love to look at models like ,set up the toolpaths and dream of carving them.
That Santa is Exquisite,so I dream of downloading him, make the toolpaths, look at the preview and pretend I have cut him in native Australian Timber.

Michael sent me the stl files a few months back.... figured I'd show my appreciation by posting up a few of the modified designs I came up with from his initial idea
