Can't Save Modeling Progress

Post by Battle Rhythm »

A bug I've been running into with V12. Has anyone experienced not being able to save because the program thinks you still have modeling functions open? I can't save or save as because of it. You can see in the picture no modelings tools are open.

Go to the 2D view. Is a node edit in progress?

Nope, everything is closed. I have noticed that my scuplting tools don't open when I have a model selected. I've tied this to software issues for sure, but I just don't know how to get around it and save without closing.

Sounds like it thinks the form is open already which is why it won't save and why you can't open it.

Only thing I can think of is to try saving the model as a 3Dclip file by right clicking on it in the Component tree. Then start a new Aspire session and import it if the export worked.

I should of also thought: If you go to the Components tab is there anything there active?

Yes that's exactly what I did, but saved as STL and vectors/bitmap separately and re-imported all into another session
