Whenever there is a size discrepancy the first thing I think of is metric / imperial measurement confusion.

Your actual cut length divided by your expected length is: 4.1875 / 3 = 1.3958

The conversion factor for converting centimetres to inches is to multiply by: 1 / 2.54 = 0.3937

Just an observation for others who know about GRBL settings to contemplate.

Ahhhh, FINALLY, a successful resolution~

I watched Garrett Fromme's NEW CNC router Must Do's Youtube video.
I think he is impressive!

He shared a simple GCode program to check the movements of a CNC router. Mine failed the test. I ended up flashing the firmware and that straightened it out. Simple as that, problem solved.

Thanks for all the help.
