Aspire usb stick empty

i recently purchased Aspire and an axiom ar8 machine from axiom. however when i started to load Aspire onto my computer nothing was in the. usb stick they sent. I have the license number from the box but i need the program itself
Is there anywhere on the website I can download the full program?
all i see now is the trial version.

Do you have a logon for the V&CO (portal) site? That's where you download the full versions from.

I would contact Axiom if that is where you purchased the machine, if you have a licence code then I would also contact Vectric as when you register the software you will get a portal account where all your software is stored as Adrian has said.
