How do you go about partially simulating a toolpath?
A pocket tooolpath with two tools (or more) selected creates two (or more) entries in the toolpath list. By previewing only one of these entries you've partially simulated the full toolpath.

Doesn't matter if it's zero or 19mm ...
Well, perhaps start depth not set at zero creates a possibly huge 19 mm plunge when starting, depending on your setup.

Focus had been so much on showing that there was no particular bug that I didn't put forth the obvious question: why clean up the corners in such a fashion?

Why not just specify two tools for the Pocket Toolpath? For that matter, if really need a separate toolpath that has special constraints, instead of a using big secondary square why not use a smaller shape that just deals with the corners?

See attached file.
