Yes. I have set the slopes as moulding paths. The finish run still wants to run the top flat part though not necessary. I am thinking that is a height or depth setting. The larger holes are not vectored either. I think this might be a setting also as to the depth to not look at.

I ran into a beautiful situation. If I put a different material on each part of the object that exports as separate objects which form the toolpath layer.
