Error: No toolpath generated...

Post by Uncle Bob »

Trying to do a simple profile cutout. Attached file should have only one TP - problem path.
I've never had this problem in the past 3 years.

Any help would be much appreciated.'
Thanks.

Bob,

There was no toolpath in that file.

What were you trying to do?

Bob,

Neither vector is closed. There are stray bits. One vector loops back upon itself. See circled parts in images (left prong and right prong).

OK - I think I see the problem

Click on NODE edit - select one or both vectors

Look in the upper right area where the vertical and the arc "should" meet.
The vectors are not connected -- making it an open vector.
