How to delete elements from an STL that is curvered w/o sculpting

Enjoy it was fun figuring out, works in VCarve too!

How to remove remove undesirrable elements from a curved STL.
P1.jpg
Import the STL, create 2 levels and make a copy on each level.
draw a vector around area to remove
p2.jpg
Clear area of selected component inside of selected vectors
p3.jpg
copy and paste vector
p4.jpg
mirror select objects, flip vertical, flip horizontal
p5.jpg
select replacement componet
p6.jpg
mirror select objects, flip vertical, flip horizontal
p7.jpg
move replacement piece to level 1 and delete level 2
