When i cut a sliding dovetail pocket or pin , my Mach4 display does not show the angled dovetail cut , it just show's it as a straight cut . Is that normal ??

I don't use mach4 but you will probably find that like Vectric software it can't show an undercut so displays the cut as a straight cut at whatever width the dovetail bit is

Mach4 doesn't know anything at all about the shape of the bits so wouldn't have any way to show anything other than a straight sided cut

The Aspire screen also does not show a dovetail cut in the preview screen .

It won't. You can't define an undercut bit in Aspire so the preview will show the tool you used instead. Mach4 is displaying based on the code written from Aspire so there won't be an undercut displayed there either.
