I was wondering, how the forum software selects the title image for the gallery. I just posted a new thread with numerous pictures and the forum picked the most meaningless one somewhere from the middle. Can that be controlled?
I thought it would pick the first one but apparently, I am mistaken

Re: Title image selection for the gallery
Good question. For yours it the one whose file name is alphabetically first. But that doesn't hold true for the 1940 & 1969 trucks or the Barrette.
It might be the order that the browser uploads them when attaching the files.

When one has antiquated software running a forum, one can't expect modern features.

Having said that I have been on forums where a lot of people initially complained when changes were made

Status Quo is what it is called. The new folks spend time elsewhere; the rest are forum regulars.
It doesn’t change because there’s no advantage to Vectric.
I’m not complaining; no not me.

So where are all these new folks spending their time? Given the number of people who come here asking for help as the forums for their machines are dead I think this one is doing quite well.
