How to place tabs back to the original setting?

I somehow moved both the drawing tab and the modeling tab.
I know that I had this problem before but for some reason I can't
get them back to the way they were.
Right now I can get the Drawing tab sideways but the modeling tab I can't
do that and is open.
I can access the other 3 tabs but they are taking up screen space.

Drag the free window up and as far to the left as possible. With the mouse button still held down move the window up or down slightly until you see the little tab at the bottom of the free window then release the mouse button.
