San Diego 2022 User Group Meeting
We are delighted to announce we are now taking new bookings for our upcoming User Group Meeting which will be taking place at the DoubleTree by Hilton San Diego hotel on the 23rd & 24th September 2022!
The fee per person to attend is $249.00, which includes refreshments and lunch throughout both days as well as a welcome pack, access to all of the presentations and a free gift.
BOOK HERE:
https://ugm.vectric.com/purchase
To help minimize costs, we have teamed up with the DoubleTree by Hilton San Diego hotel to offer a discounted accommodation rate of $159 per night (please note, this room rate excludes breakfast. Breakfast can be added for an additional $20 at the hotel if you choose).
To book your room at the discounted rate click the link below:

Please note, rooms at our discounted rate are limited so make sure you book early to avoid disappointment.
We'll be packing both days full covering; a sneak peek at ‘What's New’ in version 11.5 along with projects and ideas to increase your knowledge and efficiency using the software. As well as the technical benefits, the User Group Meeting gives like-minded CNC enthusiasts the opportunity to get together, showcase their projects and share knowledge.
As with previous meetings, the meeting will take place over two days and will have a strong focus on our Aspire and VCarve software with some of the sessions also being relevant to Cut2D.

Re: San Diego 2022 User Group Meeting
Is there a place on the portal where we can see if we have booked our UGM tickets for 2022?

Hi Randall,
Yes, you can see your event tickets in your V&CO account.
Simply head to https://portal.vectric.com/entitlements
If you scroll down past the software products you own you will see event tickets and UGM bundles if they have been purchased.
I hope this helps.
Thanks
Stephanie

Sorry about that, I will look in to why your booking is not showing in your V&CO account.
I have checked our database and I can see we have you booked on to this years UGM.
We're looking forward to seeing you there

Hi Stephanie,
I am new to the Aspire community. Do you have any UGMs planned for the east coast USA? Do you plan tohave any virtual UGMs?
Thanks,
Greg

The UGM's move about so at some point they will no doubt be closer to your location, Vectric announced last year (I think it was) that going forward the face-to-face user group meetings would be every other year with a virtual UGM in the years in between so going by that next years UGM should be virtual

When was there a UGM on the East Coast? I would surely love to attend one. Boston Ma would be AWESOME.

I didn't say there had been, I said it moved about & at some point, it might be closer to where they lived
The UK folks have it easy as it is said that there is no place farther away from the coast than 70 miles (113 kilometres)
It depends how you define easy, travel-wise maybe but we only get one day & don't get the guest speakers. I would love to be able to attend a UGM over the other side of the pond but in order for that to happen I need to win the Lottery first
