Clipart missing

I can't seem to open any clipart with V11...
any ideas

Two step process. Go to your portal account and download each clipart installer to a folder on your computer. Then run each installer. It will place the clipart in the approiate locations for the program to use.

You should be able to see the previews in the Clipart tab without downloading the package though. When you try to use it then it will ask to connect to your account and download just that one item.

Is that not working for you or are you trying to open the clipart in some other way?

Some images to help. Check captions for details:

1. You can't just start the program you need a file open

2. Either create a blank file or load an existing one. Click on the refresh button

3. Click "Log In and Refresh" button to open web browser where enter your Vectric Portal credentials

4. Click Allow button to link portal with Vectric software

5. You may need to click Add Folder. Navigate to C:\Users\Public\Public Documents\Vectric Files\Clipart or something similar

6. You should now have previews that can be downloaded by clicking the downward pointing arrow in the lower right corner of the icon
