Tool Data?

I have a CANCAM C1-44OT with a MASSO G3 and (for the sake of accuracy and probably being more anal than I need to be) I'm trying to enter and number my cutting tools into the "Tools and Offsets" tab. I understand that it's used for tool changers, but... One of the bits is Amana's RCK-360 V tip mounted into an RC 1076 body. One of the inputs for the tool info is the "Tool Diameter". Is that tool diameter the 1076 body or is it the blade insert diameter?

it's the diameter of the actual cutting head not the shaft or any other diameter
