I have a customer who decided after the project was completed she wanted a bunch of carved data and a 3D police badge on on a US Flag (Blue Police Flag). I have a shark HD4 and my bed is too short to cut all in the same run. The flag is 37" long which means I would have to move the flag to finish cutting the right side of the flag. Any suggestions on how to move the flag and use the same Aspire (Ver 11.x) toolpaths/file or if you have an easier solution, please let me know. I really want to provide this police officer with an awesome flag and I want the letters/verbiage to look as if the flag was cut on the same run.
Note: I have already rotated the image and recalculated the toolpaths so it would carve log ways, but still too short. I thought maybe if I put the left side of the flag on one sheet and right on another it would work as long as I moved the flag on the bed to an acceptable place and then restart the run (after resetting the z). But I think I'm off somewhere on my thoughts.

Got it "Toolpath Tiling". Now I just need to be confident and try it.
