I have not tried but I am pretty sure you can print the manual.
I have done it in the past, but have not done so is years.
I really like that the online manual is interactive. I also think that Vectric may make updates from time to time, so online it's up to date, real time.
Also, I can enlarge parts of the manual to help me see it better.
Having dual monitors is really helpful, but not necessary.

If you really want to print it you can do so by going to the Help Contents and clicking the Single Page link. Then choose the print function in your browser (Ctrl-P is the shortcut for most).
As Leo says you're missing out on a lot by printing the manual. The interactive functions are much easier than scanning through nearly 300 sheets of paper.
