printNC posprocessor

Post by revwarguy »

Is there a post processor for the printNC machine? I know one exists in other software for it. If not, how do I go about creating one?

It's the controller that it uses that is more important than the machine itself when it comes to the post processor. From what I can see most people build those machines GRBL based for which post processors already exist.

From what I've seen from their Discord server, it appears that most use LinuxCNC instead of GRBL, but I am thinking of using the Centroid Acorn board. So I just start with the appropriate one for those and see what happens?

Yes, whichever controller/software you use is where you should start with the post processor.

Thanks, Gio. Did you have to make any modifications to it?

Hi good day. I may be in the wrong place but I hope someone could help. I have a CNC machine from china with 4th axis along the Y axis. I am looking for a post processor I can use with this machine. I also have a RichAuto A18 Controller. Can anyone recommend one or more I can use or send one.
