Why when I click on "upgrade from V-Carve Pro" it shows that the price is $400. But when I go to check out, it wants to charge me $1300

That's VERY misleading. If I have to pay an ADDITIONAL $1300 then why does it show $400? What is the $400 price for and why is that showing as a price if that is not the case?

Vectric charges the difference in product cost for upgrades. The cost of VCarve Pro is US$699, that of Aspire is US$1995. I don't see how you could have seen a price differential of only $400.

Are you logged into your account? That's the best way to see what your options are.

Click on the Attachments tab under the "Save Draft", "Preview","Submit" buttons and go from there.

The only thing I can think of that would cost $400 would be an upgrade to v11 of Aspire itself.

I think I know why it's $400...i think that what it costs to upgrade your Aspire account to V11. That makes more sense, right?

That's the price to upgrade from a previous version of Aspire to V11 not the price to upgrade from VCarve.

You're on the main Vectric site rather than your account there. You need to log in on the top right link on your picture to see the upgrade prices from the software you own.
