I am having an issue with installing 11.005, but my issue is that Malwarebytes (my anti-virus software) detects a file as malware. See photo for details.

I'm presuming that this is a false-postive, but I'm having an issue trying to allow Malwarbytes to disregard it (haven't had to allow exceptions for quite some time, so I have to re-learn how to do it).

Mine failed also until I disabled Malwarebytes. I always have to temporarily disable it when installing upgrades. It is possible to include the installer in the "Allow List" but since the installer names aren't always the same it's just easier to temporarily disable it.

Do you have any anti-virus software installed? We've fixed an issue which had this same symptom with the Sophos anti-virus. We've also seen it happen with F-Secure in the past but not in V11.

I would be absolutely gobsmacked if it didn't. The reality of testing is that it's impossible without huge amounts of time and labour to test every possible combination of what the software can do.

My hat is off to Vectric and all the Beta testers who helped with V11!!

No issues here. I run McAfee antivirus. I did notice that in v 11.003 that the conversion from mm to in was not correct. I see that was fixed in 11.005.

Vectric staff have created GREAT CAD programs and does an outstanding job fixing issues that may arise. There is no way they can anticipate every situation the software may be used. Hats off to the staff!

Thank you Vectric for all you do.
